“Conversations with Artists” featuring Vik Muniz
Live via Zoom | Thursday, August 12, 6:30 p.m.
Brazilian-born Vik Muniz is known for using unconventional methods that tease perception. His photographic portrait Sigmund, from a drawing made with chocolate syrup, is on view in the LOL! installation on the third floor of the Kinder Building. This talk is part of the “Conversations with Artists” series featuring those who shaped the inaugural installations and special commissions for the new building, which opened in November 2020.
