O Goethe-Institut é o Instituto Cultural da República Federal da Alemanha e desempenha a sua atividade em todo o mundo.

 A rede de Institutos e Centros Goethe, associações culturais, salas de leitura, assim como os centros de exames e de aprendizagem, possibilitam assumir funções centrais no âmbito da política cultural e educacional no estrangeiro.

Ao mesmo tempo, estabelecem cooperações com instituições culturais privadas e públicas, com municípios, com os estados federais e com organismos econômicos.

The Goethe-Institut is the Cultural Institution of Germany's Federal Republic and it fulfills its activities all around the world.

The web of Goethe's Institutes and Centers, cultural associations, reading rooms, as the learning and examining centers, allows it assume central fuctions on cultural politics and foreign educational matters.

At the same time, stabilishes cooperations with public and private cultural institutions, with local authorities, federal states and economics organizations.
