Morelos León Celis

Morelos León Celis is a Mexican artist, founder of the project editorial ‘Lunático’. He has a MFA at the ‘National Autonomous University of Mexico’ (2013) and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the ‘National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving’ (ENPEG - INBA) ‘La Esmeralda’ (2005).

He has exhibited in countries such as Spain, France, Japan, U.S.A, Canada and others. He has been supported by the Young Artists Program of the ‘National Fund for Culture and Arts’ (FONCA - CONACULTA) in the disciplines Alternative Media (2006-2007) and Sculpture (2008-2009). Morelos is teacher in the ‘Foundation / Collection Jumex’ in Mexico, giving workshops on contemporary art in the area of Education.

Currently makes a residence of postgraduate in Visual Arts the in the ‘School of Communication and Arts’ (ECA) of ‘University of São Paulo’.
